Blackwater Entertainment, LLC is an entertainment company formed to
produce and distribute feature films and television projects.

Randy J. Goodwin, D.R. Farquharson, and Tristan Rogers are experienced
actors/producers/writers/directors.

Randy J. Goodwin has developed a number of television pilots, written at
least five feature films and has starred in more than thirty network television
shows and feature films, which most recently include CBS's "CSI:Las Vegas"
and "CSI:Miami", the UPN drama "Kevin Hill" and hit sitcom "Girlfriends", and
NBC's "The Natalie Cole Story" as Natalie's husband, producer, and writer
Marvin Yancy.

D.R. Farquharson has written close to a dozen feature film screenplays and
two upcoming TV pilots. Farquarson has also starred in and directed two
award winning feature films, "Billy Todd's War" and "Gavin's Way". His new
project, "An American Girl" is currently pre-casting.

Tristan Rogers has over twenty-five years of entertainment industry
experience. Rogers' acting career includes a long running, successful
starring role on the Emmy Award Winning Daytime Drama General Hospital,
where Rogers played one of, if not the most popular characters in daytime
history, Detective Robert Scorpio. Rogers took more than twelve years off
from the show and has since moved into writing and producing, including the
NASCAR drama "Fast Track" for the SHOWTIME network as well as
partnering with mega mogul David Guest on several successful projects. As
of January 9, 2006, Rogers has reprised his role as Robert Scorpio on
General Hospital for a period of six weeks, encompassing the sweeps.
